We have taken proactive measures by having our legal counsel send an official letter to the Polynetwork team, urging them to take immediate responsibility for the affected users from their recent platform’s exploit. - Metis network was not compromised and we strongly assert that the sole entity responsible for addressing the aftermath is Polynetwork. Emphasizing this critical point, MetisDAO is not in any way accountable for the repercussions of the polybridge hack as this is a third party protocol. - For all inquiries regarding the retribution process and seeking resolution for the hack's impact, we wholeheartedly advise users to directly contact Polynetwork. We believe it's essential to clarify and reiterate that Metis Andromeda Network was not hacked. PolyNetwork hack was an isolated incident within their platform. As PolyNetwork assess next steps for the users affected by the their bridge exploit, we have provided them the necessary snapshots in order for a proper retribution towards users. We are saddened by the recent events, and encourage users affected to reach out to PolyNetwork team.

📍Take Note📍 As we continue to work with Poly network team to provide solution to affected users on BSC, snapshot has been taking and we continue to urge users not to interact with Metis on bsc. You can get Metis from Dexes on Andromeda layer 2, Centralized exchanges and Ethereum dexes. All LP by users on bridges and pancakeswap should remove lp asap.
